Mail Product Manager
Current• Create product strategy and business requirements for new features or products.• Responsible for product vision and continuous improvement.• Lead and obtain strategic buy-in from internal and external stakeholders.• Help drive sales success and customer satisfaction by providing the sales and support teams with product training and development improvement support.• Lead new customer on board process. Serve as intermediary between technical team and clients to ensure efficient start up for client success. • Maintain and prioritize backlog within each sprint in coordination with the Development Team Manager.• Release management, coordination, and communication of Production deployments across the business • Facilitate refinement sessions, capture key updates and decisions from the team to update stories. • Participate in Sprint Planning meetings to discuss upcoming work items and capture effort estimates.• Help Desk monitoring: Coordinate triage of incoming client reported issues and maintain communication across stakeholders. Identify problem resolution and add to Development list. • Drive improvement and efficiency in list processing geared toward streamlining and processing automation. • Lead processing technician team: Prioritize work and provide support and problem-solving help. • Develop marketing strategies to increase Mail Preparer retail sales.• Provide continued development of all mailing products.• Stay up to date with USPS and Industry changes that require updates and enhancements to TEC Mailing services and products.
