• Analysing financial information and preparing proposals for lending requirements.• Assess economic value and risk potential of new business.• Personally develop and manage a portfolio of customers and referral relationships.• Identify new business and referral opportunities and establish, develop and utilise networks of internal and external contacts to aid achievement of income targets.• Identify and solicit referrals for other divisions/sectors of the Bank.• Assist in the implementation of annual business plans for the customer portfolio allocated.• Act in a professional and ethical manner and ensure your actions and behaviours comply with legislation, bank standards and operating policies and procedures relevant to the position.• Share knowledge and assist in development of the wider team.• Actively contribute and support process improvement changes and organisational strategy implementation.
