This has been achieved through scheduled 121s, PDCs, unified KPIs, product and skills training, and contributing to improved sales growth within a £170m p.a. business.• Set up and drove KM’s European development team in making its MFDs and third-party solution software Welsh-language capable to be uniquely compliant with a Welsh Government initiative, customer aspirations, and tenders worth c. £7.5m.• Minimised workplace politics and delays through continued relationship building initiatives, heightening successful collaboration with other departments by upskilling entire teams to deliver the business’ go-to-market strategy.

• Eight direct reports.• Addressed and evolved inefficient, ad-hoc processes, project prioritisation and assignment through improved communication both within the OPS department and throughout the business, gaining the necessary commitment, understanding, buy-in and support from our ‘internal’ customers.

• Nine direct reports.• Rebuilt this Pre-sales consultancy team within my first year ensuring its place as a key source of revenue within the business. Those within the team subsequently morphed into a closely-knit and positively driven sales success leader, securing a turnover in excess of £3m in year one.
