I held several leadership roles culminating in my final position overseeing all aspects of business operations for all Colorado and Arizona restaurant locations with annual sales of over 38.2 million dollars and staff of over 600.

As a founding member, raised 2 Million dollars to start a Mexican fast casual concept opening 2 locations within 8 months. Developed FDD, negotiated and sold a 5-store deal. Stretched outside of my comfort zone and successfully served as interim Chief Financial Officer.
