Solutions and Hi-Tech POS Solutions which specialize specifically in Small to Enterprise level networks and web services to our clients, as well as Point of Sale Services!

As Director of Operations for Venture Communications, I was tasked with defining the organizational structure, and it became apparent we needed a CFO. I stepped in to the role temporarily until we found a suitable replacement. I developed a budget and forecasts for the 2009-2010 fiscal year and had monthly financial evaluations to map our results. I worked with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, and with our business manager to maintain acceptable AR & AP parameters.

After the passing of my partner in G & G Inc., I sold Electronic Outfitters to Venture Communications and facilitated the change from an interconnect telecom business to a true diversified consumer electronics company. We launched a residential and a commercial division to better train our employees on specific areas and provide expert support for our customers. I was in charge of laying out the business model for expansion in to new areas of product offerings by developing a plan for cross selling to existing clients and attracting new clients. I worked with strategic partners to bring trainers to Lubbock to certify our installers on our expanded product offerings.

G & G Inc. acquired and managed several businesses in the West Texas area. Most notables include Superior Lawn & Landscapes, and Electronic Outfitters. I am in charge of overseeing and developing each General Manager and making sure they adhered to budgets and code of ethics. As President of G & G Inc. my sole responsibility is to make sure each business is self sufficient, and executed the business model laid out for it.
