As Chief Operating Officer I was responsible for all Company Operations including Customer Experience, Credit, Funding, Quality Assurance, Client Success, Vendor Management, Human Resources and Facilities. Transformed a business relying on legacy systems, policies, and procedures into a modern and efficient organization. Led a team of 50+ professionals generating over $20MM in monthly refinance volume.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Reporting directly to the President of KCC, I was recruited to bring the U.S. commercial leasing product in-house from a third-party vendor. Servicing 1,100 U.S. Kubota dealers and a portfolio of over $7B, KCC provides a full suite of APR, lease and insurance products for consumer and commercial customers.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Responsible for US remarketing internal operations, promotions, communications, and field and dealer support. Manage the disposal of over 400,000 vehicles annually including off-lease, off-rental, company cars and retail repossessions. Design and execute dealer engagement strategy including comprehensive marketing plan, inside and outside sales and support teams, dealer incentive programs and divisional partnerships. Lead a team of 130+ sales, marketing and operations professionals.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Responsible for developing new enterprise initiatives, products and programs from initial concept to implementation. Support all GM products including supported and non-supported APR, lease, balloon and specialty programs. Manage GM and AmeriCredit ancillary products including new product launches, existing product enhancements, process optimization, field training and incentive plans. Responsible for managing DMS relationships with 25 GM providers including digital and impact forms programming, product and form launches, lease comparison tools, and field and dealer support. Key contributor to the implementation of the Dealer Dividends program including design and development of the user interface, data administration process, and field and dealer training strategy.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Assist in developing and implementing a direct lending strategy including pre-qualified direct mail, consumer refinance, dealer direct purchase programs and person-to-person transactions. Develop and maintain relationships with lending partners and application aggregators. Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting and analysis to executive management.

Develop and maintain strong dealer relationships to ensure volume and credit quality objectives are achieved. Approve and capture auto finance contracts that meet GM Financial profitability standards. Coach, develop and mentor a team of credit analysts.

Direct-to-consumer mortgage sales including purchase, refinance and equity loans.
