I have extensive analog design experience in a wide range of both non-volatile and SRAM memory technologies, including NOR Flash, Phase Change, MRAM, and OTP. After working on a broad range of circuits including sense amplifiers, voltage and current references, DACs, charge pumps, and down regulators, everything starts to look like a current mirror, a source follower, and a diff amp. I've additionally spent a large amount of time in labs and test environments helping to bring my designs to a manufacturable state.As my career has progressed, I've enjoyed being able to lead teams of talented engineers at many different levels, from small groups of 3-5 people, mid-sized designs of 10-40 people, and most recently as Director of Engineering, setting not only specific work goals but organizational and technological direction for the company. As always, my professional goal is to continue to broaden my experience in different areas of the business and understand how they all fit together.
