Meat Clerk
Current. My duties include knowledge of all products and current sales and promotions. Additionally I was responsible for keeping the department stocked, cleaned, and organized both on the sales floor and in the back. In that capacity I performed tasks including updating sales signs with up to date prices on the products. I made sure all the products both on the sales floor and in the back were dated and rotated so as to maximize profits by minimizing inventory loss. I've worked every shift from opening at 6 a.m. to closing at 8 p.m. I was also trained to work in the seafood department for when additional assistance was required
