Some of the qualities that I noted in Nick was his ability to multitask. He can take on multiple, non-related tasks and stay focused to complete them without cutting corners. I would also characterize Nick as a "busy body", and not an unfocused one either. He enjoys working with his hands constantly. Nick also has a good heart. He cares for others less fortunate than himself and he displays altruistic behavior. Nick is easy to get along with and has a huge "likable" factor. Generally speaking Nick is a fun person to be around; speaking with him for only a few minutes and anyone can understand what I mean. Nick left WVCO on good terms and was in fact invited back to the Paint Group after his trip to South American. This only demonstrates his desirability as an employee.
