I'm a chartered accountant with extensive experience in financial accounting and reporting, risk management, capital raising on public markets, investment appraisal, tax and financial regulation gained from over 10 years in senior CFO roles. I co-founded and was CFO of a commodity advisory firm that built up a substantial physical commodities business (iron ore, coal, oil & bunker fuel) for a private family office. Previous to this, I was CFO for an international nuclear fuel trading business that dual listed a physical uranium commodity fund on London's AIM and Toronto Stock exchanges, and was responsible for setting up a related FSA regulated investment advisory business. I facilitated the sale of the nuclear fuel trading business to Constellation Energy Commodities Group and subsequently to Goldman Sachs.
