While expanding in Arringo Ltd, I am currently having the proud experience of working as a KYC Agent, while still on up-selling calls, helping in tickets and working on our inbound calls, I am also looking at our clients accounts to ensure they are not providing up with any fake documents such as POI/POA and also I am now proceeding with video verification, screening any potential high-risk/PEP nationals and of course using my knowledge to assist other departments which may have issues or back logs with screening.

As a CSR with Arringo Ltd, I gained most of my customer care and up-selling experience. My main duties included: Calling clients to up-sell our services and welcome them to our 24/7 services, assist in chats with any queries that may arise, call-back clients as per their requests and reply/make tickets dependingon queries while also help clients with setting up accounts with us to ensure a smooth on boarding experience.

While working at FM Core, I had the opportunity to further expand my security knowledge by going on patrols, assisting residents when fire alarms activated or electricity cut, removing individuals from the premises when trying to break in or acting indecently in public, guiding pedestrians and Police officials when emergencies took place, analysing CCTV footage, assisting in the private parking via computer and cash register, dealing with complaints and ensuring all of the premises was safe to travel through and within by updating higher management in case of any faulty doors, lights or external ornaments.

While the posts have been successfully sent and uploaded, I would have the time to reply to clients interested in buying our products, listing them on our log-books, up-selling CCTV and Air Conditioner via calls as well as proceed to have a brief phone interview while we were recruiting.This also included the setting up dates and times where the technician could visit properties to set up the CCTV and Air conditioning services, provide the new staff with our products specifications and provide a brief training on how to have a sufficient working environment.
