Became one of two level artist that ran the community project. Working with the community lead, we helped create a design for the museum and worked with artists ranging from amateur to professional to have props to showcase in different museum wings.

Collaborated with various external studios and project managers to establish effective communication channels, ensuring that assets aligned with the quality standards set by Sony and personally applied enhancements specific to multiple assets.

Managed the Quality Assurance (QA) department. Was a key member in ensuring of the training of the QA team in the following areas: vehicles, environments, UI, audio, gameplay, and in-engine debugging. Worked closely with the QA manager to continuously improve the team and training.

Contributed to the efficient operation of the QA team by assigning tasks to the appropriate team members and actively supporting their professional growth by enhancing their individual strengths in art, environments, UI, audio, engineering, and in-engine debugging.

Assisted with the creation and execution of software tests to help discover and identify problems in the game of World of Tanks for the 360 while demonstrating methodical, detail-oriented approach to discover the problems.
