I played a vital role in driving our travel technology platform's growth. Leading the technology strategy, I defined the product roadmap to meet business needs and collaborated with engineers to develop innovative solutions. Additionally, I oversaw the creation of internal applications to enhance team productivity. Working closely with business development to showcase the capabilities of our products to potential partners I led engaging demonstrations and discussions where I gained a deep understanding of partner needs. I facilitated new partnerships by customising our offerings to meet specific requirements. This adaptive approach not only strengthened our relationships with existing partners but also paved the way for new opportunities and revenue streams.

An expansive position that grew far beyond the title. One aim was to increase online sales conversions through data analysis and data-driven website improvements. The other key aim was to support and grow our network of suppliers and partners through the expansion of our B2B product offering.

Seasonal work in resorts as a resort representative for various Hotelplan brands I worked with Hotelplan in 3 different countries, providing memorable holiday experiences for clients in over 5 different destinations.Key job roles included managing transfers to and from resort, delivering engaging welcome meetings to drive sales of activities and ancillary products, providing excellent customer service and complain handling.With this role I have ample opportunity to share my passion and enthusiasm for travel and skiing which is an aspect to the role that I particularly loved.

As a recent graduate, I ventured into the realm of entrepreneurship by co-owning and managing a lively karaoke bar situated just off the bustling main strip in Bansko, Bulgaria. This immersive experience not only thrust me into the intricacies of small business management but also provided a platform to navigate the challenges of operating in a foreign country.Core to this role was not only the orchestration of a dedicated team of bar staff and promoters where I embraced the multifaceted responsibilities of running a small business, but going beyond administrative duties to ensure the success of the business. I actively engaged in promoting and executing events. Recognising the importance of community engagement, I capitalised on opportunities to expand our presence by participating in local festivals and securing sponsorships from prominent ski brands, thereby solidifying our position as a sought-after destination in Bansko's nightlife scene.
