• Manage the day-to-day production of the trade work-stream including the delivery of all materials for key events across the sales calendar. • Project manage 360 B2B/ B2C campaigns and trade event deliverables from conception through to delivery. Deliverable examples include: Large format artwork, catalogues, brochures, event branding, booklets, press ads, POS display units, product packaging, VOD/DTO platform assets, micro-site builds, email invites, online banners/ ads, social media assets. • Be the central creative services production lead for managing the implementation and successful adoption of systems such as the B2B Portal. • Forward plan the pipeline of work communicating changes in plans to relevant teams and stakeholders. • Work with programme production to manage the timely arrival of materials for video and brochure/online portals, ensuring contracts are signed. Schedule work for the copywriting team, ensuring that work is managed evenly and avoiding bottlenecks in the advent of events. • Organise stills shoots for the creation of trade event deliverables.• Manage project budgets and conduct reconciliations with the Director of Operations and finance teams. Conduct quarterly and annual reforecasts. Oversee all financial aspects relating to the B2B Production including working with SAP to raise and track POs. • Work with a roster of external agencies and freelancers, ensuring that timelines are managed and communicated, that budgets are transparent and accurate and that completed projects are delivered to the relevant specifications. Ensuring all output is editorially, brand and technically compliant.

• Maintain accurate records of materials produced for Trade Shows, making recommendations for efficiencies and ensuring that all design related material is produced on time and on budget.• Oversee all print buying for the department ensuring that best prices are obtained. Work with the design and creative teams to ensure the best print solutions are sought to complement the design strategy per project.• Oversee the production and fulfillment of assets to support Consumer Products DVD/BD. Manage artwork timings in relation manufacturing schedule, manage the relationship CP Production, with Repro and Printing specialists as well as art work production.

• Co-ordinate all design project bookings, guide new designers and producers through the specific creative workflows, managing all design related queries. Work directly with the Head of Production & Account Management and Senior Broadcast Designer.• Track all projects and maintain an accurate archive as well as logging graphic technical specs for various regions and play-out providers.• Create and output graphic elements using After Effects and Final Cut for ad-hoc jobs such as re-versions and branded elements as well checking all incoming assets for quality and correct technical specs. • Ensure any freelance designers or agencies are guided through internal workflows, systems and delivery specs and provided with relevant branding assets.• Ensure all equipment/ software is maintained and updated by liaising with designers and Technical support.

• Provide key production support to UK and West regional on air teams.• Share high priority versioning material and on air assets across several regions.• Reversion promos for UK – book talent, attend and direct audio/edit sessions. • Shoot support – responsible for creating call sheets, risk assessments, booking crew, arranging insurance and assisting production. • Provide support to Production Manager: responsible for creating and maintaining promo budgets, raising purchase orders and processing invoices. • Digitise and quality check all on air material, ensuring sign-off from Creative Director. • Proactively work with Media Planning to ensure all material goes to air correctly and delivered to spec. in a timely manner.• Coordinate tape delivery, travel bookings, and staff expenses.

• Responsible for coordinating and managing all daily navigation material for Discovery’s portfolio of channels, including graphics, voiceovers and ad-hoc on air marketing material. • Coordinate and produce pool of writers and announcers, including technical training of bespoke audio software and converting material formats, ensuring all daily continuity voiceovers are delivered on time.• Responsible for generating makelists and maintaining transmission information in broadcast database.• Responsible for quality checking voiceovers and graphics against media plans prior to transmission, requiring absolute attention to detail.• Remain flexible in managing schedule changes, with excellent communication skills, building and maintaining effective relationships between relevant departments. • Editorial compliance in checking scripts and writing last minute links. • Ad hoc projects such as editing clips for on air using Final Cut Pro. • Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practice across other regional offices, including supporting the launch of voiceovers on Discovery France.
