Primary responsibilities:• Developing and refining detailed department specifications and requirements for business processes.• Creating list, library, online form and workflows solutions to enhance business processes. • Providing direct support, documentation and training in best practices in the use of SharePoint to stakeholders to optimize collaboration and business process automation. • Troubleshooting problems with developed solutions.• Providing training materials and classes for SharePoint and Business Process Automation tools which have included InfoPath, SharePoint Designer, Nintex Forms and Nintex Workflows. • Implementation and continued development of the OHSU SharePoint community which includes monthly user group meetings and creation of over 250 wiki tutorials and videos. • Exploring new concepts and tools to enhance collaboration and business process automation options for the organization.

• Technical project lead for Internet Redesign project that developed and migrated existing internet sites from a vendor created content management system to MOSS 2007. • Reduced regulatory risks by redesigning and automating the enterprise policies and procedures system to ensure proper document approval and capture of metadata required for compliance audits. • Gathered requirements, developed mockups, and designed data structure for internal application classification and tracking system.• Implemented a successful employee-centric site that taught SharePoint functionality as visitors viewed cafeteria menu lists, completed surveys, submitted kudo’s, and posted classified listings.• Created and implemented SharePoint PTO (Paid Time Off) and departmental out of office notification system. • Responsible for ongoing search engine optimization and web analytics for organizational internet sites.

• Architected, built and implemented enterprise wide MOSS 2007 intranet portal solution including custom layouts and departmental site templates. • Created InfoPath online forms and SharePoint workflows that streamlined and automated internal paper processes and forms. • Responsible for administration and troubleshooting of internal and external SharePoint environments.• Provided training and documentation enabling stakeholders to utilize and manage their respective intranet sites.
