Bang is a creative and strategic marketing agency helping its clients builds profitable and long lasting relationships with their audience. My role was to develop new business for Bang throughout Australia in the areas of SEO, SEM, email marketing, branding, B2B direct mail, web design and social media.

Adcorp is a full service advertising agency specialising in recruitment. With 11 offices throughout Australia and New Zealand it’s one of Australia's largest advertising agencies. It offers its clients a range of solutions including print advertising, SEO, SEM, email marketing, advertising software, web design, radio, TV and brand development.

Firstly this was very enjoyable role. At the time there were many e-recruitment software companies supplying the corporate world with the time and cost benefits associated with online recruitment. There was however nothing that catered for the specific recruiting requirements of the public sector. The Guardian teamed up with i-Grasp to develop e-recruitment technologies for the public sector. The initial team of one, me, eventually rose to a team of 6 and included successful implementations with the British Red Cross, National Housing Federation, London Borough of Hackney, Essex University, Hertfordshire County Council, National History Museum and Channel 4........to name a few.The second part of the puzzle was how to get candidates to these sites once complete. We used techniques like banners, search, behavioural targeting, keywords, sponsorship, links, blogs etc.... to drive traffic to these sites. Show less
