Leading the Procurement function of Stirling Council, managing an external spend in excess of £100m per year and leading a team of twelve Procurement professionals. Supporting Stirling Council to deliver services to the people of Stirling, continuously striving to improve services and value for money whilst working collaboratively with other public sector bodies. In addition focusing on improvements within the Procurement Team in areas such as Community Wealth Building, savings and benefits, Contract and Supplier Management and improving commercial focus.,
