People management and project oversight for a small team of IT systems, automation and data analysts. Using data analytics, systems knowledge, project management and business acumen to improve the digital capability of the HR function. Through applying master data management techniques improve the accessibility of HR data to the organisation and enable automation within and outside of HR. Develop and embed the HR digitalisation strategy and mobilise teams across HR and IT to assist in delivering against key objectives. As the owner of the core HRIS system, develop solutions in iTrent, PowerApps and Power BI dashboards to deliver tangible solutions to enhance colleague experience and interaction with HR and HR data. Lead system procurement and implementation projects such as a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

People management and budget responsibility for a team of 11 recruitment professionals through a particularly challenging period for the function.Oversight of the implementation of new attraction, assessment, induction and onboarding strategies to create a positive candidate and employee experience.

Strategic ownership for the recruitment and development of c. 100 new emerging talent every year, as well as work experience students. From attraction and sourcing, assessment, onboarding, through to graduate and apprentice development and off-scheming.Utilising the Apprenticeship levy to create cohorts of current employees to enable reskilling and upskilling in scarce skills such as data analytics, project management and leadership.

People management and budget responsibility for the Assessment Design and Assessment Delivery teams, consisting of 6 individuals and a busy on-site Recruitment Centre. Design and deliver innovative and robust assessment processes and management of Behaviours/competency frameworks. Training and quality assurance of assessors and management of third party vendors.

Develop and support the implementation of assessments for internal talent identification and external recruitment. This includes simulation exercises, assessment centres, interviews and psychometric tests. Manage external suppliers and a pool of associates.

Arrange and conduct assessment centres for a wide variety of roles across the business. This includes head office, Graduate Scheme, MSc Programme, Advanced Apprenticeship Programme and volume (Signallers and Customer Service Assistant) assessments. Providing assessment centre delivery as part of the resourcing team to hire 800 candidates in 6 months as part of a head office relocation, in addition to BAU.As lead assessor, I was responsible for arranging, conducting and improving the 28 graduate assessment centres across 10 different disciplines.

I had various roles which included International Development, whereby I assisted Saville Consulting partners around the world in distributing and training in Saville products. In addition, I worked in the training and bureau teams. My duties also included tutoring on Level A and B courses and various consultancy and R&D work when required.
