Supervise and work closely with other loan officer to ensure that the loan process is done correctly and all legal guidelines are met. Generate new business and maintain constant contact and communication with all parties involved, this includes clients, LO’s, processors, brokers, Underwriting, etc.

Oversee assembly process and make sure production lines are running smoothly and efficiently. Work closely with supervisors, maintenance and engineering staff to prioritize and meet daily goals.

Negotiate contracts, advise clients on potential profits, network, research home values in market area.

Performed as an REO (Real Estate Owned) agent and was responsible for the eviction process with property tenants/ owners.

As part of the Decontamination Team my responsibilities were to de-install more than 28 toolsets. All this was completely done by following schematics as well as checklists completed by Engineering Department.Strategized the allocation of responsibilities for 6 manufacturing technicians in Planar Department. Created schedules to prioritize machine repair and increase Green-to-Green time.
