Has covered Olympic and World events for over 25 years earning the nickname ' The Voice of Hockey'!Worked extensively with the International Hockey Federation as their world feed commentator as well as with Eurosport, BBC, BSkyB, BT Sport, Setanta, Ten Sports, Sky NZ, ABC, SABC etc.London 2012 was his 3rd OG after Sydney and Athens. In London he worked in the Sports Presentation team that delivered stadium announcements and in-ear commentary as part of the London pledge to increase accessibility to the blind and partially sighted sports fan.Nick has been the constant voice bringing viewers all of the action from the hugely popular and innovative EuroHockey League commentating on over 300 matches in the process.Nick also writes a column in the weekly UK based Hockey Paper and is followed widely for his knowledge , opinion and passion of and for the sport.

My role at Bloxham involved promoting Bloxham to a variety of audiences and ensuring its correct positioning as one of Britain's best smaller schools.During my time at Bloxham we launched the UK's first truly interactive and media rich eProspectus and this and our website won international acclaim and awards.

Involved in the launch of a new educational establishment specialising in Nursery to GCSE age ranges in Henley , the recruitment of students and the successful transfer of others from the Warwick campus. During this time the school role rose from 30 to over 360 by the time I moved on.The post also involved the setting up of a successful sports centre which attracted considerable outside use - including Birmingham City Youth Academy- and provided a useful income stream for the core business.

Combined Event Management, Media Relations and sponsorship servicing roles in a very small team that oversaw England Hockey's domestic and International programme. During this time the sport enjoyed unprecedented success including the Olympic Gold in Seoul (88).Sponsorships at that time included many household names including British Airways, Nationwide, RBS, and Pizza Express. Was responsible for securing a weekly magazine programme on Sky Sports for the National League and delivering content on a tiny budget.
