Review project bid documents (instruction to bidders, bid forms, scope of work, drawings and addendums), prepare itemized estimates for quantities, labour and installation for pricing/bid submissionWork closely with general contractor, consultants, estimating department, field superintendent, field supervisors, draftspersons, purchaser, shop foreman and shop personnel throughout the projectReview project status to prepare invoicing documents on monthly basisPrepare correspondence, documents and emails using Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookAttend site meetings as required and maintain ongoing communication with general contractorEnsure the timely review of revised documents, change directives, and change orders; submit quotations for extras as requiredDevelop a sequence of shop drawings for submittal and provide the appropriate information to the draftsperson for the preparation, including any change of information that requires revisions to original scopeFollow up with shop foreman and shipping to determine scheduling of site installations
