I headed a team of sub-contractors offering garden services specifically around the environment and planting for wildlife. All garden services were covered.

I was a Genealogist offering the full service of tracing family history as far back as possible. Specialities include Military Research, Medieval Research (pre-1500).

All aspects of managing a residential care home for over 11 years and managed teams of up to 25 people. I also acted up as an Operations Manager, was used as a company trouble-shooter sent in to manage and save badly rated homes from closure.
