In June 2021 I made the decision to take the 15 years experience I gained as a leader in large format retail for companies such as Countdown, Foodtown, Woolworths, Kmart, and Mitre 10, and shift my career from Operations Management and follow my passion for people by moving into the People and Culture industry. My time in large format retail taught me the need for and importance of the people who work within an organisation. This time also taught me the need to value, reward, and invest in your people so you can create a culture of recognition and success.
