Purpose was to allow users to save additional details against measurement data where SAP did not provide this functionality. Role included:• Dialog programming with heavy interaction with standard SAP EH&S transaction CBIHM2/3• Several custom built screens to capture various types of measurement dataBHPB CCMS PROJECT & ENHANCEMENTS (R/3, BW, CFOLDERS/CPROJECTS,SRM) (MAY 06 – JUN 07)Project to enhance BHPB’s ability to maintain Contracts with clients.Responsibilities as ABAP development included:• Contract extract program• BW Data extractors• SAPScript / program enhancements to cater for new PO Document Type• Enhancements and fixes to various objects• Portal user extractBHPB GLOBAL SUPPLY ANALYTICS (GSA) / EARTH MOVING EQUIPMENT (EME) (R/3, BW) PROJECTS & ENHANCEMENTS (OCT 03 – DEC 04)Project to enhance BHPB’s Supply reporting capabilities.Responsibilities as ABAP development included:• On-line dialog program to allow users to maintain Functional Locations relevant to EME within BW• Search Helps• Mass Function Location upload• BW Data extractors

GSAP Project merged all of BHP’s existing SAP systems into one global SAP system.Supply development team lead role working under Product Team development Lead.Responsibilities as ABAP development Team Lead included:• Accountable for all Supply (MM) developments and enhancements, including ABAP reports, interfaces, SAPScripts, Search Helps, Bar-coding, Data Conversion• Advising and assisting a small development team during the implementation• Liaising with GSAP Supply Functional Architects on all Supply developments/issues• Providing development status of all activities/issues to GSAP Development Lead• On-site rollouts to BHPB Diamonds Ekati (Canada) and BHPB Petroleum London• Several years post go-live support for GSAP Supply developments, specialising in program performance tuning and SAPScript troubleshooting

SAP DEVELOPMENT/SUPPORT (AUG 95 – OCT 00)Team role included working with SAP MM/FI/CO/SD/HR modules. Activities included IDOC’s, SAPScript, Dialog programming, matchcodes, database maintenance and Development Workbench activities.Successful implementation of the following systems/projects during this period:• Normandy Mining COIN Project Adelaide (V3.1I) – 5 months ABAP consultancy. Primarily responsible for HAL (Hyperion Application Link) <-> SAP and Quantum <-> SAP interfaces• XMS (AMEX Expense Management System) for BHP Corporate and Transport businesses (V3.1G)• TAB Sydney – 5 weeks HR data conversion project managed by KPMG• Pilkington Australia Dandenong (V4.0B) – 6 months ABAP consultancy with SD module• BHP Steel SEAS Project (V2.2E) – 3 months ABAP consultancy involving extensive dialog programming for the development of a new Sales Order Entry system• BHP Foundation Project (V3.1H) – MM programming of reports and interfaces using BDC and OLE2 techniques• BHP Transport HERMES Project (V3.0F) – FI/CO development including OLE2, BDC and SAPScript.• BHP Petroleum PEGASIS Project (V3.0D) – FI/CO report development• R/2 Support role

CDS1 -> CDS2 Stock Exchange Upgrade Project, Kuala Lumpur, MalaysiaRoles and responsibilities:• Support existing system CDS1.• Responsible for all Transfer and Express Transfer developments/reporting.• Program design and specification.• Liaison with project leader, programmers and users with regard to system development.• Organising and conducting system testing and implementation.• Support of system post go-live.

Provide 24 hour support for TANDEM Mainframe Finance and Production systems.Roles and responsibilities:• Investigate, design and implement changes.• Liaison with system programmers regarding day to day running and changes to the Mainframe environment.• Successful support of critical Production systems.
