• Provision of architectural documentation services.

• Assist in the design phase of projects; understanding and translation of the client brief.• Prepare conceptual sketches and full colour schematic design drawings to a professional standard.• Liaise and co-ordinate with the client, consultants and authorities to obtain planning and building permits.• Produce graphics & presentation drawings for the client’s sales or marketing purposes.• Manage documentation programmes including the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, schedules and building contracts for tendering and construction.• Provide full contract administration services; resolve on-site queries and issues with the builder during the construction process.
