A dedicated, highly motivated and outstanding contact centre professional with 18 years of customer service experience with the UK’s largest retailer. I have spent many years working with stakeholders to help resolve customer concerns on behalf of the CEO & Board of Directors, through multiple contact channels. Latterly, my time has been spent within the Support functions, reporting directly to the Head of Operations, providing word class support on a daily basis. This diverse role has allowed me the opportunity to participate and ultimately become accountable for numerous events and projects, such as helping to deliver a suite of new meeting rooms, on budget and on time, benefiting over 800 colleagues. I'm now spending my working day in the world of Capacity Planning, helping internal stakeholders meet the changing demands of an ever evolving retail business. Also, by lending my organising skills to my passion for cycling, I planned and participated in a group charity 500 mile cycle ride, breaking all fund raising targets ( please see link below)
