National roles as Workforce Development Coordinator and then Workforce Development Manager. Wide-ranging responsibilities including:- industry stakeholder engagement; - information dissemination and change strategies relating to VET;- workforce planning and development advice/support to enterprises nation-wide; - development of nationally recognised Training Package qualifications and units of competency across many industry sectors; - project management;- department/team management- reports, submissions and article writing; video case studies; resource development, presentations on a range of topics to small and large groups/conferences;- management and promotion of Australian Government Enterprise Based Productivity Places Program (EBPPP) and National Workforce Development Fund (NWDF)Primary role in conception, development and promotion of MskillsManager and MySkills workforce development on-line tools.Active member of working groups and selection panels including;- Australian Flexible Learning Framework Industry Advisory Group- Australian Flexible Learning Framework e-portfolios Reference Group- Standards Australia Committee for Workforce Planning Standard- Trades Recognition Australia selection panel for RTO provision of OSR services- Re-framing the Future project selection panel- Australian Industry Group Engineering Excellence reference group - VictoriaAchievements include:- successful 4 year management of National Workforce Development Fund totalling $28.5m and 6300 learners, with employer co-contribution of over $15m- Development of on-line workforce development tools MskillsManager and Myskills- Personally developed extensive range of Training Package components, including nationally recognised qualifications and units of competency for Locksmithing, Marine Craft Construction, Jewellery Manufacture, Watch servicing and repair; Architectural Hardware, fluid power hose construction, weights and measures, electroplating.
