I have been a part-time and full-time musician for over 20 years. I am primarily a drummer that plays many different styles. Alliance Work Partners is the largest privately-owned non-profit provider of EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services. Services include: Counseling for families, youth outreach programs, drug and alcohol abuse, suicide prevention general wellness services through the use of a network of licensed Counselors. As national sales manager, I was entrusted to create a prospecting system to contact businesses primarily in the private sector, create RFP's and hold meetings with potential clients at their work sites.

I traveled extensively to Mexico to perform market research with large retailers in the cities of Mexico City, Monterrey and Guadalajara. In Mexico I met with HEB and Walmart and various Mexican companies, Soriana, Coppel and many others. By way of my market research and connections, and abundance of sales would soon follow.

As an account executive with CUNA, I was an investment representative for several credit unions under the umbrella of a CUSO (Credit Union Service Organization. I was responsible for working with credit union staff by way of meetings and promotions to increase referrals to me as the investment representative. I serviced over 1000 existing accounts and created over 300 new accounts during this time period. I also serviced and up-sold clients that were considered orphan accounts requiring extensive travel from Sacramento, Ca to Fresno, California.

As the insurance project manager, I managed over 100 insurance/brokerage reps in selling various insurance products, such as long-term care and life insurance. I was in constant contact with reps, organizing mailing programs, seminars and sales tactics. Working under Gregory Vacca, we pioneered one of the most successful bank insurance delivery systems in the country.

As an account manager with American Fidelity Assurance Company, I set up and managed section 125 benefit programs in school districts in northern Ca. These programs required our insurance representatives to work with thousands of school employees. These enrollments often required the recruitment of available agents in the company to make these enrollments successful. As representatives we would conduct as many meetings on school sites as necessary to explain the benefit programs to employees and then meet with them individually. We would also cross-sell other insurance products, (annuities, life insurance, and other catastrophic coverages) I set up over 10 of these plans and executed all duties successfully. I was also asked to create a program called SFP, Simplified Financial Planning which I undertook and introduced to the other representatives via group meetings.
