Assist in the responsibilities of the installations, maintenance, inventories, licenses, deprovisioning, and disposal of technology to support the integration and communication of servers, workstations, and software. Ensures all end user systems and peripheral devices are configured according to procedures and functioning properly. Provides and oversees IT support provided to end-users. Develop policies and procedures and ensure all are followed. Notifies Director of Information Technology of significant problems and recurring errors in operations. Develops and tracks annual budget for computers, printers, peripheral devices, and other IT equipment. Assist with supporting the company’s network systems, which includes planning, implementing, installing, support, management, and maintaining and troubleshooting the network and system hardware, software, and communication links. Assist in the design and deployment of local area networks, wide area networks, and wireless networks, including servers, routers, switches, UPSs, and other hardware. Ensure timely Windows and 3rd-Party patch applications. Manage and maintain antivirus system and respond to reports and creates policies to ensure the security and functionality of systems. Assist in analyzing, evaluating, and recommending new hardware, software, and communications products for network compatibility and applicability.• Develop and track an annual budget of approximately $1.2 million for yearly IT expenditures • Assumes responsibility for all IT equipment for 11 branch offices• Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective systems to ensure the availability, security, and usability of systems for all end users

Perform network design and capacity planning. Develop, implement and maintain policies/procedures for network resource, administration, appropriate use and disaster recovery. Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of end-user workstation hardware, software and peripheral devices.
