I work at the Rope and Anchor in Dunham Massey. I am In charge of the marketing and social media for the pub aswell as bar service,waiting and stock monitoring for the pub. It gives me a great job satisfaction working within this customer facing role as I thoroughly enjoy working with people, building up relationships with them to ensure they leave happy and return again. I am very much a people person and will strive to provide the best customer service I can to ensure they are happy and get the service they deserve.Tasks include: daily updates and running if all social media and marketing outlets.
