20+ years of experience working within Tier 1 banks delivering regulatory driven transformation and AML/CFT compliance focused outcomes. Previously worked at the Lysis Group advising international banks and VASPs on regulatory compliance, operational efficiency and macro transformation topics. As Group COO, oversaw a number of structural change and growth driven initiatives. Previously worked at HSBC, the Royal Bank of Scotland and Deutsche Bank. At HSBC, ran the CLM utility for Global Banking and Markets (GBM) in Europe, introducing a consistent operating model in the region whilst adapting to emerging post GFC regulatory requirements. Then moved to Hong Kong to execute the Global Standards program for GBM across Asia Pacific operating across 12 countries and 22 legal entities. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the University of Leeds, UK and a Masters in Environmental Technology from Imperial College, London, UK.
