I have a staff of three inspectors that I supervise. We inspect all construction of minor/major Developments, Re-Developments, Subdivisions, Encroahment & Grading permits. All construction work that is being performed in the Public Right-a-Way.Check on public inquiries/complaints involving any construction being done in the public Right-a-Way.Help my staff interpret City Standard Plans & Specifications. Also assist them with their current projects, may invlove checking approved plans or field inspections.

inspected several major developments and subdivisions. Including hillside subdivisions, 120 town home structure. 8-story office building w/ detached parking structures. Worked with contractors and builders making sure they comply with approved plans and City, Co, State & Fed guidelines. Also inspected sites for erosion & sediment control making sure they comply with City's clean water program and the States requierments under the General Construction Permit.

Worked on concrete removal/restore crew started as a axe man removing roots.Then was promoted to a concrete finisher. Also worked on the asphalt crew driving 10-wheeler dump & hauling asphalt roller and placed asphalt as a shovel & raker position. Worked in creeks and spill ways, concrete culverts and road-side ditches removing debris and other potential hazards. Restoring creek banks using Gabien Baskets.
