I have spent time creating a marketing strategy that obtained 427 new clients since its creation resulting in new customer revenues totaling $280,698 within a 9-month timeframe. I also manage a $15,000 yearly marketing budget in order to increase sales and optimize business growth for CBW Boulder & CBW Avondale. I oversee and train a team of 6+ individuals to plan and execute 15+ marketing campaigns that increased the sale of CBW Boulder services by 50%. I established a Camp Bow Wow Ambassador program by partnering with three CU Boulder football players to promote the CBW brand image among new customer demographics. I Write and edit a monthly newsletter to increase customer retention and inform clients of ongoing events and promotions.

Moving from an operations position to a co lead position my primary responsibilities is overseeing part of the executive committee. This consisted of finance, partnerships, operations, and programming.
