Developed and Managed the technical arguments used during the lawsuit. Created various exhibits used during the trial. Testified in the jury trial as a company representative and an expert witness.

Developed multiple laser welds on 4-Axis Miyachi laser welding system and hand wrote the 4-Axis G-Code weld paths.Redesigned welded components to reduce number components by 60% and simplified remaining components resulting in a reduction in COGS, an increase in part durability, and simplifying welding process, while maintaining all functionality.Developed testing apparatus and procedures for testing an innovative Bariatric device.

Designed and developed a product line responsible for 30% of the company's revenue. Trained production staff on assembly procedures and wrote supporting documentation. Designed and developed fixture for testing and manufacturing a variety of medical devices.

Designed and developed a new line of electro-surgical ablation probes. Designed and manufactured pnuematic production fixtures. Developed a new process to manufacture thermocouples for use in medical devices.
