▪ Overseeing over $14M of contract awards for electric vehicle charging infrastructure for the Department of the Air Force (DAF) with the anticipation of significant program growth in the next fiscal year.▪ Managing electric vehicle support equipment project siting and acquisition for the DAF installations.▪ Legacy support for the DAF’s 10 US Code § 2912 Resilient Energy Savings Resource Vault (RESRV) program. Previously managed the team executing the capture of energy cost savings across the DAF Enterprise for re-use against energy efficiency and resilience requirements. ▪ Led the team of data scientists and GIS specialists developing Army Installation Energy and Water Planning (IEWP) documents. ▪ Managed a team of engineers providing technical advisory and analytical support to the Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA-E) renewable energy portfolio. ▪ Provided technical and policy support for the DAF’s development of electric vehicle support equipment in coordination with larger non-tactical fleet electrification planning.

▪ Developed data analytics and visualizations for Army Installation Energy and Water Plans. Leveraging Excel, Tableau, and Python tools to highlight resilience and efficiency opportunities.▪ Led a team of subject matter experts as a Project Manager developing Army IEWPs.▪ Developed the business rules for the DAF’s RESRV program, the first of its kind across the services, resulting in the capture of roughly $45M energy cost savings over the first 3 pilot years. ▪ Developed a non-tactical vehicle roadmap for the DAF, analyzing historical technology trends to provide data-driven recommendations for fleet procurement and infrastructure planning to ensure efficiency, efficacy, and environmental impact. ▪ Managed a team of engineers providing technical support for DLA-E’s energy performance contract portfolio. Oversaw a dynamic portfolio of 20-30 Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs) and continuing to lead 5-10 renewable energy projects, amounting to over a billion dollars of DAF and Army energy work.▪ Managed innovative alternatively financed projects for the Air Force Office of Energy Assurance (OEA) in support of Beale Air Force Base including proposal development for a $5 million California Energy Commission grant application, several multi-million-dollar Department of Defense Energy Resilience and Conservation Investment Program (ERCIP) funding requests, and private negotiations with Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) for a substation upgrade.▪ Supported several million dollars of marketing proposal efforts for Booz Allen including a successful bid for Air Force Research Laboratory's (AFRL) Advanced Power Technology Office (APTO) compressor blade technology development support worth almost $2 million.

▪ Supported Pittsburgh’s City of the Future initiative in collaboration with the National Energy Technology Laboratories (NETL) by identifying viable energy generation technologies and optimal deployment locations. ▪ Drove Navy energy utility cost savings by creating a streamlined Navy installation utility bill database in an ongoing effort to support the Resilient Energy Program Office (REPO) team with utility tariff analysis. Developed Excel and Access database tools to move away from manual bill analysis, saving time and allowing the project to grow several orders of magnitude in scope. Collaborated with team members to identify fundamental components of energy utility bills, allowing for the categorization of costs across utility companies and Navy installations. ▪ Enhanced and supported the NY Prize microgrid team efforts by maintaining, updating, and improving excel-based battery and microgrid modeling tools. Work included updating background information through technical research, improving metrics, and adding functionality and decision-making capabilities.

▪ Managed a portfolio of utility scale wind projects at various stages in the development pipeline in the PJM and MISO markets. Collaborations regularly included other developers, land/legal department, geographic information system (GIS), resource assessment, engineering, and construction, environmental and wildlife permitting, and business development. Engaged with local stakeholders to establish positive relationships for Apex in the project area, to negotiate lease and good neighbor agreements, and to arrange for the erection of meteorological towers. ▪ Developed detailed marketing summaries for all projects in Apex’s 2016 portfolio. Maintained these summaries as necessary to maintain accuracy.▪ Organized and designed a process for monthly updates to budget forecasting and project overviews for the entire company’s portfolio. ▪ Designed and implemented a rating system for project development progress and viability, incorporating land, permitting, interconnection, and engineering statuses as well as development risks such as legal action or local opposition.
