As an Agile Delivery Lead and Coach, I've been responsible for coordinating significant technology deliveries while also upskilling key clients in agile ways of working :- Agile Coach assisting in the development and implementation of an Agile Delivery Framework for a multinational Wealth and Superannuation organisation. This included initatiing and upskilling various cross functional delivery teams across Melbourne, Sydney and Wollongong. I was also responsible for developing and conducting several training courses for all levels of the organisation including delivery and support teams as well as Senior Executives and Department Heads. - Agile Delivery Lead and Analyst for a greenfields cloud implementation and integration into on-premises enterprise resource planning solution.
