- Inspection of aircraft parts destined for use by client. Quarantine and tracking of all non-conforming parts, including resolution with purchasing and suppliers as required.- Resolving non-conformity issues such as trace, shelf life and damaged material.- Development and re-scoping of company policies and procedures to ensure top level quality assurance reporting. - Completion of daily reports regarding outstanding quality issues pending resolution.- Writing and editing job specific work instructions and work procedures. - Review and implement corrective actions (CAR) as required- On-site customer representative for Aero Inventory to streamline operations and clear non-conforming issues.

- Quality control and inspection of steel rod and billets.- Perform chemical (spectrometer) tensile and bend tests on samples of steel rod.- Working with management to assure that customer quality needs are respected and products are shipped on time.- Visual inspection of metals to insure that all customer guidelines are met.- Chemical analysis of steel samples from melting furnace to determine grade and quality of steel being cast.- Quality control and maintenance of chemical analysis machines such as Spectrometer, Carbon and Sulfur identifier as well as Nitrogen and Oxygen identifier machines.- Working in a certified steel chemistry laboratory
