Consolidating and streamlining a number of similar programs in different arms of Medibank Private to improve staff efficiency, accountability and improve member experience and health outcomes

Creation and management of a Clinical Nurse Education team to support, provide clinical review and feedback to front line nurses of the Disease Management program. This included the development of clinical processes and procedures under the guidance of the clinical director. In this time I also took on the management of a team of front line nurses of the Disease Management program who provided education and support to patients with chronic medical conditions.

Conducted end to end recruitment for roles across a number of Medibank’s programs from Customer Service, Registered Nurses and Mental Health professionals (working on specialist programs) through to Team Leader positions. Design, source and place advertising for roles across a number of mediums including traditional recruitment websites and print media through to more creative avenues. Ran assessment centres and conducted one on one interviews for multiple inductions in capital cities and regional locations (recruitment was onsite as well as in ‘remote’ locations around Australia)
