Responsible for securing a number of new suppliers to add to the product range. Growing the turnover of Lefroy Valley from 2005 to 2012 by 67%. Assisted in the development of Forecast, Role review (online) and Triality a trial assessment package together with the IT department.

 Manage sales force and distributors. Control operating expenses related to sales and product development. Set yearly sales budgets with sales force and forecasts with international principles. Review sales on a quarterly basis within sales areas. Technical sales and customer support to Key customers. Initiate pull through marketing with major South African fresh produce chain stores. Product development of new products and trial feedback to breeders and product development specialists. Develop trial program by species by season for all major production areas. Monitor trials results and prepare trial reports. Responsible for stock control, stock ordering and seed quality control. Developed market strategies for new product launches and promotions. Turnover and net profit consistently exceeded budget for the 5 years, from 1998 to 2002. Sales grew from R7.5 million to R14.7 million.
