-Serve as a resource and advisor to more than 700 student organizations and their advisors.-Facilitate the online recognition process for recognized student organizations (RSOs) and serve as the primary administrator for CampusLabs Engage (Nole Central), which is Florida State University's student organization management platform.-Oversee the Student Activities Center's Event Permitting (EP) process for RSOs, University departments, and outside entities.-Advise students, faculty, and staff on risk management and event planning policies, procedures, and best practices. -Responsible for development and implementation of training modules and presentations for student leaders and RSO advisors on a variety of topics ranging from risk management, officer transition, fundraising, financial management, etc. -Develop, distribute, and compile assessment and evaluation instruments related to the RSO recognition process and training programs.-Supervise graduate interns that apply to the Student Organization Development & Engagement office.

• Plan Tiger Prowl, an organization fair that showcases 500+ student organizations and clubs in the beginning of each fall and spring semester• Advise Clemson Undergraduate and Graduate Student Government Organization Directors and their committees in training, goal setting, program planning, and officer transition• Create and deliver presentations and workshops based on the specific needs and wants of the student organization community, putting particular focus on leadership, risk management, budgeting and finance, event planning and management, and officer transition• Conduct one-on-one involvement consultations and group based organization management training with students on a weekly basis• Created and implemented a financial training course for all student organization treasurers that outlines the pertinent University policies regarding banking practices and financial oversight• Conduct financial audits of registered student organization bank accounts and help organization treasurers with reconciling monthly expenditures. • Hire, train, and supervise 12 students in a peer involvement ambassador program called TigerQuest Consultants• Serve as the lead campus administrator of the CampusLabs Engage platform and served as the primary campus contact for the entire student organization registration process
