Reporting to the Managing Director, primary responsibility was the management of the Camping & Apparel/Footwear Product Development teamsTo ensure the Brief was being followed and key date deadlines were being met on the Critical Path from initial company Strategy and vision through to final Product Launch and delivery to marketResponsible for the supply.

• Responsible for the management, direction and delivery of the 2 Product Developers within the Department
• To ensure the Brief was being followed and key dates were met on the Critical Path from initial company strategy through to Product being delivered to the market
• To manage, develop and source a comprehensive, exciting and profitable range that fitted well into the Gelert product portfolio offering customers excellent quality, reliability and value
• To deliver the annual Product Launch to all Departments within the Business. This would take the form of Product presentations in each category, along with Pricing (RRP + Trade/Discount) and Packaging sell in support
• Responsibility over the supply base direction and management of same
• To work along side Gelert Far East (GFE) and Merchandising throughout the Critical Path to ensure timely delivery of ranges
