I entered motorcycle sales as an entry level sales associate and have invested all of my efforts into continued growth earning numerous promotions. My time spent in the US Army has given me the tools to become a successful leader in a career I love. I excel in the recruitment, hiring, training and oversight of a winning sales team. I maintained a Harley Davidson sales department that had ranked nationally three years consecutively as one of the top three dealerships for new motorcycle volume sales from 2019-2021. I serve as an intricate role in creating new processes as well as refining best practice in regards to sales inbound phone calls, emails and texts. Leadership of my team is focused on retention of my employees by assisting each with their short term and long term personal and career goals. I strive for a work environment that performs at an elite level while always making sure each member of our team feels valued and a part of our successes. My management approach is to prioritize my subordinates needs ahead of my own. I focus on helping all members on my team in a daily effort to continue to learn, succeed, and grow. I maintained industry leading gross profits for my store in the top Harley Davidson ownership in the history of Harley Davidson. My work ethic, drive, and dedication to my position is second to none. Most recently I have worked in a sales manager consultant role for TMC. I have been responsible for administering multiple weekly training calls which involve all positions in our sales departments.
