• Implemented a cloud-first digital transformation strategy at KPMG’s Tax practice, built on a partnership with Microsoft Azure. Managed a program that provides the infrastructure and support needed to deliver innovative services to clients globally.• Developed and delivered a digital cloud training program that reached 500+ engineers worldwide and onboarded 20 application development teams to a new cloud platform.• Established governance processes, including change, security, and cost controls in compliance with industry standards (i.e., ISO 27001). Improved IT Service Management ticket routing through documentation and automation, saving 2,000 hours in manual effort each year.

• Managed all phases of the software development lifecycle process for five tax planning applications. Managed the migration of a large tax compliance application from on-premise to a cloud platform, meeting an aggressive three-month timeline with minimal downtime.• Facilitated communication with clients, product owners, engineers, and other internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify technology-driven solutions. Managed a team of 15 developers and a $2M program budget.

• Led the pilot of a new service offering – Project Management as a Service – directed at multinational clients’ documentation projects. Exceeded the first year’s revenue goal of $1M and created a revenue reporting dashboard for leadership.

• Placed over 150 qualified personnel in technical, manufacturing, and industrial positions, with a focus on formerly incarcerated individuals.• Assessed candidates’ strengths against client requirements, negotiated wage rates, identified new accounts in key market segments, and met all quarterly sales goals

Ewing, Nj, Us

• Launched an education program with local universities and the NJ Department of Corrections (NJDOC). Led a team of faculty and students off campus into two NJ prisons to tutor 40+ residents for the GED exam, which resulted in a 70% pass rate.• Recruited, trained, and scheduled new tutors, maintained a database of tutoring hours, prepared weekly materials, tracked KPIs, and reported to NJDOC bi-annually.
