As a Senior Lecturer in Business and Management, I draw on my 35+ years of international industry experience to deliver impactful, inclusive and practical education. My extensive background in Business Management underpins my teaching, which spans undergraduate, postgraduate, and corporate levels. In my current role, I am responsible for teaching and assisting with the management of the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship and the Senior Leader Apprenticeship. I lead modules on Developing Strategic Leaders and Managers and Personal and Professional Development for Strategic Leaders. Additionally, I tutor on Strategic Leadership and Change Management, supervise CMDA Level 6 Work-Based Projects, and provide leadership insights for apprenticeships. My contributions also include the Insights Series for Postgraduate students, CMI Management and Administration, and conducting CMI Portfolio Reviews.

I assist organisations in designing and implementing strategic plans that align with their long-term goals. My services include conducting thorough analyses of current systems, setting achievable targets and objectives, developing detailed process maps, and measuring and analysing performance. Additionally, I offer guidance on enhancing customer satisfaction and conduct comprehensive pre-assessment and internal audits.

As a former industry practitioner, I drew upon my 35+ years of multinational and international experience in management consultancy, quality management, finance, IT, funding for high-tech R&D, and learning & development. My extensive academic experience in Business Management complemented my teaching activities, which spanned various levels, including undergraduate, postgraduate, and corporate teaching. I served as the Level Lead for the Global MBA Course and as Module Leader for several programs, such as the Post Graduate Senior Leader Apprenticeship, the Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship, Responsible and Ethical Business Practice at the Sino British College, and Principles and Functions of Business. Additionally, I supervised dissertations for both the Global MBA and MRes programs.
