This was a blue sky approach to correct a struggling project of the A350 Galley interiors, where we changed the design methodology to parametric modelling and template driven designs therefore implementing ground breaking improvements to quality, weight & cost. Responsible for running weekly cross functional design reviews, checking of design

Responsible for setting up a VIP Interior department including processes, procedures & daily metrics for full engineering lifecycle, this was adopted throughout the Marshalls group giving them their first reporting and controlling mechanism

Configuration Management of Interior design packages, Responsible for the full aircraft cabin design, liaising with customers, holding design reviews and controlling interfaces. Investigating and solving design & engineering problems whilst setting and then driving the engineering and design team’s day/weekly work schedules and produced daily metrics on the full engineering lifecycle to report to General Dynamics CEO. Responsible for configuring SmarTeam to suite the business requirements.
