Previous Experience:I spent 10 years as an International Commodity Trader, specialising in the global high-volume trade of fish, meat, and poultry. My responsibilities encompassed navigating the intricate global food markets, connecting producers and consumers across the world.One of my key achievements during this time was pioneering the logistics development of 'breakbulk containerisation.' In collaboration with industry giants such as Maersk Line, CMA CGM, and MSC, we transformed international shipping from large bulk vessel charters to container shipments. Through container supply chain management and global string development, we catapulted the volume of container units shipped from 100 TEUs/year to an astonishing 18,000 TEUs/year. I was also responsible for managing all global rate matrix contracts with major shipping lines.I'm excited to leverage my extensive experience in international trade, logistics, and materials handling to drive innovation, quality, and service excellence in my current role.
