About Nick Lefebvre

I have worked in the food service industry since 1996 and have prided myself on innovation and creativity in my career. I ventured into the Food truck & catering business in 2013 bringing a unique brand of scratch cuisine that utilized a variety of local products from local beer, baked goods, and farm fresh ingredients. I am proud of the success that was had for the 6 years of operating from winning a "Best of Rhode Island" award to catering movie sets, weddings, business functions and parties. The personal and professional relationships that were developed from that experience are still with me today. I ventured into the cannabis industry in 2019 in Massachusetts and learned the art of confections. I was fortunate to work for several industry leaders and able to collaborate with a variety of cannabis manufacturers in other markets from Maine to Ohio and Connecticut. It was exciting building the kitchen/production spaces, building the production teams and creating/launching these products. I set out to create products that carried health related benefits or effects-based products for various needs of consumers. My career in cannabis full time has spanned over 5 years now and I am proud of the confectionary products I have created in that market and the relationships that were established. I am now utilizing the skills I have acquired in my career as a chef & small business owner along with the 5 years of food/product manufacturing to tackle a new challenge with Neon Marketplace and TPG Strategic Ventures to create high quality food & beverage offerings with the help of our qualified foodservice professionals. AT THE END OF THE DAY It is all about the people not just the product!
