I can tell you what I have done, but that only describes the past. The person who did those things is mostly not the one writing this now and won’t be the person reading these words in the future. I can tell you where I was born, but that only says something about geography, ethnicity, or nationality. I can tell you about my education but that would only testify to time spent in institutions and would say nothing about what I learned. Instead, I will tell you that I have allowed my many and varied experiences to change me, and they continue changing me every day. I don't know what I can do because I haven't done it all yet. I know how to listen, how to learn and how to change my mind. I can think critically, analytically, and strategically. I know how to lead, how to advise, and how to follow. I know how to succeed, and how to fail. I am aware of my illusions, biases, beliefs, strengths, weaknesses, and assumptions and help others understand theirs.
