Recruitment:1. Lead assessment and sourcing of new suppliers.2. Responsible for product development&validation, make PVP&R for unit/engine level test.3. Lead product APQP and PPAP, review and release PSW.4. Responsible for making technical contract, product technical specification and acceptable sample.5. Lead to handle the purchasing parts quality issue in site and responsible for harmony of the supplier and department of our company.6. Responsible for managing product engineering status including drawing, ES, ECN, deviation etc. Review and approve product change application from supplier.7. Make supplier process audit termly and provide continuous improvement support.8. Responsible for quality claim for purchasing parts.9. Responsible for investigation and improvement for quality issue in after market.
