Company Owner

C•Nik Property Services

Vaughan, Ontario, Canada

I started C•NIK Property Services with a business partner of mine way back in 2019. We were able to scale this business by offering grass cutting services, fall clean ups, yard work, and other residential landscaping services.Like all my other businesses, I wear many hats in this one. I sell, network, bookkeep, design the website, make sure we're indexed by Google, run our socials, run online ads, and hire & manage teams. We hit 60 weekly clients in 2022, and now would like to expand to different services such as renovations including electrical and handy man services. With licensed, master electricians on our team, we feel like we can expand and grow this brand to something bigger than just cutting grass.
